Domain Names

A domain name is basically an Internet name that people can use to find you. Our domain name, for example, Jethost.us

Domain names provide an easy way for people to visit your website - (e.g. www.jethost.us). They can also be used for professional looking email addresses(e.g. compliments@jethost.us).

To see if a domain name you want is available, just type it into the box on the left and hit 'Find'. We’ll provide you with some information about the domain name. If the domain name is available, you can register it immediately.

Once your domain name is registered, you can set up email addresses right away simply by ordering a web hosting package as well during the order process.

Domain names act like a signpost - once someone types your domain name into their Internet browser, the domain name then 'points' them in the direction of the computer that stores the website files.
